Internship, Practicum & Apprenticeship Program

MACKER supports skill development through structured internship and practicum placements, coordinated across local network groups and divisions. These opportunities provide hands-on, project-based learning aligned with academic curricula and industry standards.

Program Details:

• Duration: 8–10 weeks

• Rotational intake across departments

• Mandatory: 40 hours of in-house training + safety induction

• Financial Incentives: Basic M7 Level

🖥️ Role Overview

Owns end‑to‑end deployment and operations of Macker’s edge‑cloud data network—80 modular sites colocated with RDF‑powered energy plants. You’ll deliver real‑time visibility, analytics, and high‑availability digital services for logistics, agro, energy, construction, and industrial operations.

⚙️ Core Responsibilities

• Deploy & Integrate. Stand up data/IoT infrastructure, integrate GPU/compute/storage stacks, and roll out monitoring platforms.

• Operate & Maintain. Ensure ≥ 99.5% system uptime, manage incident response (MTTR ≤ 2 hrs), and optimize performance.

• Govern & Secure. Enforce data quality standards, perform regular audits, and uphold security/privacy protocols.

• Analyze & Report. Produce scheduled dashboards, KPI reports, and ad‑hoc insights for site GMs and MCO leadership.

• Enable & Support. Train field IT teams, drive tool adoption, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
